Like most of the girls here in Sokhulumi township I didn’t have much to celebrate about my life before, but now, one thing that keeps me going is the sense that I am now computer literate - and that, if given the chance, I will further my career in computer science. And, all thanks & compliments to Nan Hua Temple and Nan Hua Academy for their efforts in assisting the disadvantaged communities around South Africa.
I work as a security guard at our local clinic, and I’m proud that I have an opportunity to earn something at the end of the day. But, I want to proceed further in life and achieve more than what I have at the moment. Nan Hua Academy taught me computer science, but I have not had the luck to find a better paying job as yet, but I am not giving up. I know one day something better will come up. I thank the Nan Hua Temple for the opportunity they gave me.
